Fidel Gutierrez Vivanco
Vice President of the World Forum of Philosophy, Doctor of Philosophy, and Master in Epistemology, graduated from the National University of San Marcos and the National University Federico Villarreal in Lima, Peru. He was awarded the Gusi International Peace Prize in Philosophy and Science in Manila in 2012.
He is the creator of the Princonser method, an innovation in the fields of philosophy, science, and technology.

• Author of the chapter «La Filosofía de la Conservación y la Bioética» in the book Bioethics, Volume II, edited by the Catholic University of San Antonio de Murcia, published in Spain in 2005.

• El método Princonser y la Dimensión Humana, published in Madrid, Spain, in 2014.
• Ser padre, maestro y filósofo, published in Lima, Peru, in 2022.

He has participated as a speaker at World Congresses of Philosophy in locations such as Istanbul, Turkey, in 2003; Athens, Greece, in 2013; Warsaw, Poland, in 2016; Lima, Peru, in 2018; and Beijing, China, in 2018. He has also participated in World Forums of Philosophy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2019 and 2022, as well as in Coahuila, Mexico, in 2021.
Furthermore, he has served as a postgraduate professor at various universities and is the author of a new educational methodology based on universal wisdom. He has also innovated the research method and its application in the human sciences.
In 2020, he founded the Princonser School of Philosophy to promote a new approach to philosophy as a response to the challenges of our time. In 2023, he established the Princonser University to address global issues through education with a new vision for the 21st century. That same year, he launched the digital journal Philosophy, Science, and Method – The Path to Universal Wisdom, which publishes articles written by educators applying the Princonser methodology.
