Dr. Igor I. Kondrashin is a distinguished classical philosopher, academic, and former diplomat. With a Ph.D. and expertise in scientific philosophy and secularity, he has been a prominent figure in the Russian Philosophical Society and the Russian Humanist Society. His extensive experience includes serving as a longtime expert and advisor for UNESCO, contributing to the development of the «UNESCO Strategy on Philosophy.»
As the Rector of the WPF Aristotelian Philosophical Academy, Dr. Kondrashin leads the WPF’s global educational initiatives, including the “Lifelong Civil Education & Action for All – Earth-XXI Citizenship” program. This program aims to establish and expand a global community of Earth citizens, aligning with the UN’s Global Development Goals for the 21st century and UNESCO’s Medium-Term Strategy.
He is the author of the Universal Ideology of Humanity in the 21st Century, «Transuniversalism,» which advocates for a universal approach to civic education and the creation of a Universal Constitution for Earth.
